Kitchen & Bath provides home renovation services including but not limited to kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations, basement finishing, home additions, custom cabinetry, and general home renovations in the Greater Toronto Area. Quotes and estimates provided through the Website or during consultations are preliminary and subject to change based on final measurements, material selections, and site conditions. A binding agreement for renovation services is only created when a formal written contract is signed by both parties.

These Terms govern your use of the Website only. Renovation services are governed by separate written contracts executed between Kitchen & Bath and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a renovation contract, the renovation contract shall prevail.
