Do you handle building permits?

Do you use sub-contractors?
No. Every person on your job site is a Kitchen & Bath employee. Our electricians, plumbers, tilers, carpenters, and painters are all in-house team members who are trained, insured, and accountable to our quality standards.
What materials and brands do you work with?
We work with a wide range of premium materials including quartz and granite countertops from Caesarstone and Cambria, porcelain and ceramic tiles from major suppliers, solid wood and MDF cabinetry, and fixtures from brands like Kohler, Moen, and Delta. You can view and select materials at our Vaughan showroom.
What is included in your free consultation?
Our free consultation includes an in-home visit where we measure the space, discuss your design preferences and goals, assess any structural or mechanical considerations, and provide a preliminary estimate. There is no pressure and no obligation.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. All Kitchen & Bath renovations come with a comprehensive warranty covering workmanship and installation. Manufacturer warranties on products and materials are passed through to you. Specific warranty terms are detailed in your project contract.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans so you can start your renovation without waiting. Ask about our financing options during your consultation, including low-interest and 0% financing programs for qualifying projects.
